Sarah Church, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist, who is currently the CEO of Elevate Psychological Services. She served for 12 years as the Executive Director for the Division of Substance abuse at Montefiore Medical Center during which time she was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She completed a pre-doctoral fellowship in addiction at the Yale University School of Medicine after graduating from Fordham University with a doctorate in clinical psychology and from Columbia University with an AB in psychology.
Dr. Church has significant experience in addiction treatment and research. She sits on the Clinical Advisory Board for OASAS and on the NYC-DOHMH Community Services Board, the Municipal Drug Strategy Council and on the Board of the Coalition of Medication Assisted Treatment Providers and Advocates (COMPA) and on the Executive Committee for the New York State Psychological Association (NYSPA).
