Sarah Church, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist, who is currently the CEO and Founder of Wholeview Wellness, a private outpatient addiction treatment program in Midtown Manhattan. She previously served for 12 years as the Executive Director for the Division of Substance Abuse at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center during which time she was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She completed a pre-doctoral fellowship in addiction at the Yale University School of Medicine after graduating from Fordham University with a doctorate in clinical psychology and from Columbia University with an AB in psychology.
Dr. Church has significant experience in addiction treatment, research, and program administration. In addition to serving on the Board of COMPA, she sits on the Clinical Advisory Board for OASAS and on the NYC-DOHMH Community Services Board, and the DOHMH Municipal Drug Strategy Council. She is past president of the New York State Psychological Association’s Division on Addiction and serves as an expert consultant for the United Nations Office of Drug Control (UNODC) in their efforts to bring Medication Assisted Treatment to countries around the world including Afghanistan and Vietnam.
