Rosemarie has over 30 year’s experience in the field of substance use disorder and has worked in a variety of treatment modalities throughout her career. She graduated SUNY Empire State College with a Master’s in Business Administration and a concentration in Healthcare Management. She graduated Touro College with a Master’s in Social work.
Rosemarie is currently the Program Administrator at Lafayette Medical Approach which provides medication assisted treatment to 750 patients with opioid addiction, Rosemarie helped facilitate increasing patient census during COVID-19 pandemic from 550 to 750 to help accommodate patients from a closure of Mount Sinai Beth Israel Clinic. Prior to her current employment at Lafayette Medical Approach, she was employed at Mount Sinai Beth Israel for 15 years with her last 7 years as Clinic Manager.
Throughout her career, Rosemarie has played an active role in local community organizations, she also volunteers her services to the Sister’s of Saint Dominick in Amityville with a group of Social Workers that provide Art Therapy. Rosemarie diligently devotes herself into expanding her career and skills, which was proven by her acceptance as an OTP CARF Surveyor.
